Fight The Plan Group is dedicated to fighting the South Sebastopol
development. We have been fighting for 8 years now and we have been successful
for the following reasons:
- extensive research into planning laws, environmental directives, EC Laws - the Internet gives access to information never before accessible to action groups
- unashamedly asking local professionals for help (which they often give free of charge)
- joining together with other action groups in the area and sharing our knowledge
- fundraising to provide the money to engage professional representation where needed
- being totally committed and absolutely never giving up even when the odds look stacked against us (perhaps the most important reason of all)
